Customer Service Advisor

As we continue to grow across the Nordics, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Service team. We are seeking someone who is service-minded, solution-oriented, and fluent in Norwegian. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing growth while continuing your own development journey within the company.

What does the role involve?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat

• Perform administrative tasks related to customer cases

• Actively work to improve customer experiences and ensure high service quality

• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows and processes

• Support other departments and contribute to collaboration within the organization

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented with the ability to handle various customer situations professionally

• Solution-focused, goal-driven, and unafraid to take on new challenges

• A strong communicator with good verbal and written skills in Norwegian and English

• Fluency in Norwegian is required

• Experience in previous customer-facing roles is an advantage

Other qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and finance

• A genuine interest in learning new things and growing professionally
