The roleÂ
Haemonetics is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead its UK commercial organisation across the Blood Management portfolio, including haemostasis management (TEG®), Cell Salvage and associated services.Â
This position combines strategic leadership, team management and direct commercial responsibility, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable growth and strengthening partnerships within the NHS.Â

Key responsibilitiesÂ
As National Sales Manager, you will:Â
Define and execute the UK commercial strategy across capital equipment, consumables and servicesÂ
Lead, develop and mentor a multidisciplinary team (Sales, Clinical and Product Specialists)Â
Drive a structured approach to programmatic selling and Patient Blood Management (PBM)Â
Build and maintain senior relationships with clinical, procurement and executive stakeholders across the NHSÂ
Oversee key strategic opportunities, including complex capital sales and competitive conversionsÂ
Ensure strong performance management, forecasting discipline and pipeline visibilityÂ

Team leadershipÂ
You will lead a team of approximately 10 professionals, including:Â
Territory Sales ManagersÂ
Clinical SpecialistsÂ
National Product SpecialistsÂ
The role requires the ability to align commercial activity, clinical adoption and long-term utilisation, ensuring consistent and sustainable business performance.Â

Essential experienceÂ
Significant experience in medical device or healthcare salesÂ
Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teamsÂ
Strong understanding of the NHS environment, including procurement and funding mechanismsÂ
Demonstrated track record of delivering consistent commercial growthÂ
Preferred experienceÂ
Exposure to blood management, haemostasis, critical care or surgical environmentsÂ
Experience with value-based or programme-led selling approachesÂ
Familiarity with managed service modelsÂ
