Weāre looking for registered healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Scrutiny team, supporting candidates who are applying to join the British Army. This is a non-patient-facing role, ideal if you enjoy clinical decision-making, working independently, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, across Monday to Friday. It is a Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027. Home based role with occassional travel to site.
What youāll be doing:
Reviewing candidatesā medical records and declarations
Making clear, evidence-based clinical decisions in line with military standards
Completing assessments and documentation accurately on our systems
Working to daily and weekly targets in a structured, supportive team
What weāre looking for:
We are seeking applications from individuals whodemonstrate strong attention to detail andhigh levels of accuracy, and who are comfortable working in a targetādriven environment, typicallymanaging around 8 cases per day.Ā Youāll be confident in making sound clinical decisions and applying your professional judgement consistently.
Youāll also bring the following essential qualifications, skills and experience:
A qualified Healthcare Professional with current UK registration (for example NMC or HCPC), with no restrictions on practice
Postāregistration clinical experience as a Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist
