What you will do:
This is a key and exciting full-time role within our Eircodecontact centre contract. This role will suit a self-motivated, meticulous and quality focused person. As part of a small team itās a hands-on role that offers the successful applicant a variety of opportunities and responsibilities - dealing with incoming calls and emails, ensuring quality and excellence, as expressing ideas for process and continuous service improvement.
The successful candidate will be a hybrid worker based remotely and in our Clonakilty head office. Full training will be provided.
The role
- Be an Eircode expert - provide accurate and concise information to the public about Eircode via inbound and outbound channels - email, phone and post.
- Process all interactions with the public via our CRM system accurately and in line with existing processes.
- Deal with queries in a timely, professional and consistent manner while ensuring service delivery targets are met.
- Escalate to team seniors as required and ensure that data protection and GDPR best practice is adhered to.
- Provide support to the wider Eircode function through administrative and reporting tasks as required.
Your experience and attributes will include:
- Previous customer service experience is essential with the ability to take ownership and solve problems
- A highly methodical team player with excellent communication and organisational skills and a thorough attention to detail
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills,Ā including a high standard of English vocabulary & grammar
- Someone who can work well independently and collaboratively with access to a quiet private place to work at home with strong Wi-Fi signal and at least 10Mbps download speed.
- A positive and flexible approach with ability to work under pressure or in response to increased workloads
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite applications and data entry (desirable).
