Role: Field Sales Canvasser — 417 Roofing Solutions LLC

The Field Sales Canvasser is responsible for generating roofing leads through direct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods across the Springfield, MO area. This is a commission-based, independent contractor role focused on storm damage identification and appointment setting.

Core Responsibilities

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods and identify homeowners with potential storm or hail damage
• Present 417 Roofing Solutions to homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
• Set qualified appointments for the sales/inspection team
• Track all doors knocked, contacts made, and appointments set daily
• Follow up with assigned leads as directed
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 2 qualified appointments set per shift
• Accurate and timely reporting of daily activity
• Punctual, reliable, and self-directed in the field
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance

Compensation

• $50 per qualified appointment sat by the inspection team
• $250 bonus per job signed from canvasser-generated leads
• Paid on a per-performance basis; no guaranteed hourly wage

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in outdoor environments
• Must be available at least 3 afternoons per week (3–7 PM preferred)
