Senior Program Delivery Manager

We are looking for aSenior Program Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a global digital ecosystem modernization spanning loyalty, mobile commerce, and payment integrations. You will drive a high-visibility, multi-country transformation while aligning teams, governance, and stakeholders across vendors and regions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery by owning roadmaps, milestones, resourcing, and cross-project dependencies across regions and vendors
• Build and sustain robust governance models, executive reporting, and risk/issue management frameworks
• Serve as the main escalation point and trusted advisor for the client's executive stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership
• Champion Agile/SAFe governance practices to improve ways of working, optimize velocity, and reinforce engineering excellence across squads
• Coordinate complex dependencies and competing priorities across geographies, regulatory contexts, and varied technical stacks, including legacy POS integrations
• Drive scope management and change control within a fast-moving, high-stakes global transformation program
• Align distributed multicultural teams to enable collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication
• Oversee multi-geo, cross-functional delivery teams across Nearshore/Offshore engineering, architecture, QA, design, and consulting under Agile/SAFe
• Partner with product leaders and global stakeholders to maintain alignment on program goals and KPIs
• Ensure delivery of projected business value and strategic KPIs while staying within budget and timeline constraints

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years in Large-Scale Program Management and Delivery Management, including Financial P&L control
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Agile/SAFe frameworks at scale
• Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS), enterprise integration patterns, and digital commerce platforms
• Solid understanding of SDLC within retail or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) environments
• Exceptional executive presence with advanced stakeholder management capabilities
• Verified track record leading multi-vendor, multi-geo delivery teams across Nearshore/Offshore models
• Strong capability in running complex program governance, executive reporting, and risk/issue management frameworks
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
