Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET)

We're in the process of adding a Senior Full-Stack Developer with substantial, hands-on .NET background to our growing organization. Responsibilities

• Direct the complete process of web application development, encompassing planning, coding, testing, and issue resolution
• Introduce additional functionality designed to broaden and improve an already-live product
• Assemble new system modules and incorporate external tools into the current application framework based on what each project requires
• Follow agreed-upon coding standards and contribute meaningfully to reviewing teammates' code
• Treat quality assurance as a central concern at every point in the development lifecycle
• Conduct testing throughout the build process to confirm delivered results meet functional and quality expectations
• Review requirement details carefully during backlog grooming and refinement sessions
• Maintain and improve existing technical infrastructure to ensure consistent, reliable operation
• Share in rotating on-call duties as part of the team's collective responsibilities

Requirements

• No less than three years of hands-on professional experience with .NET and C#
• High-level JavaScript ability supported by genuine, practical jQuery experience
• Significant experience applying the ASP.NET MVC framework within actual production projects
• Adequate skill with Bootstrap for organizing and styling front-end interface elements
• Competent application of CSS and HTML for building and arranging web interface pieces
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, evident through active participation in a large, internationally distributed engineering team
• Working English proficiency at B2 level or above, both written and spoken, to properly interpret business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ASP.NET WebForms, including experience assisting in the shift of WebForms projects to MVC
• Introductory-level knowledge of Bootstrap for front-end development tasks
• Practical familiarity with LINQ for handling data queries and operations in .NET applications
• Thorough understanding of relational database fundamentals along with SQL skills
• Direct, applied experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Background in either building new systems or updating existing large-scale, complex technical structures
