Middle Full-Stack Developer (.NET)

We are seeking a Middle Full-Stack Developer (.NET) to deliver dependable web software across the stack using .NET and C#. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the full lifecycle, from planning to building, testing, and troubleshooting web applications
• Implement new functionality that extends and improves an existing deployed product
• Develop new system components and integrate external tools into the current application architecture as needed
• Follow established coding standards and actively participate in peer code reviews
• Prioritize quality throughout each stage of the development process
• Execute testing during development to confirm results meet functional and quality expectations
• Clarify detailed requirements during backlog refinement and grooming sessions
• Maintain and improve existing technical systems to keep performance stable and reliable
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as a shared team responsibility

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with .NET and C# in real-world development projects
• Strong JavaScript skills backed by practical jQuery usage
• Solid background in applying the ASP.NET MVC pattern on production work
• Working knowledge of Bootstrap for layout and front-end styling
• Proficient use of CSS and HTML to build and arrange web UI components
• Proven teamwork and communication skills demonstrated within a large, globally distributed development team
• Fluent English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher, written and spoken, to understand business needs and translate them into technical outcomes

Nice to have

• Experience with ASP.NET WebForms, especially migrating WebForms solutions to MVC
• Basic familiarity with Bootstrap for front-end work
• Working knowledge of LINQ for querying and manipulating data in .NET applications
• Understanding of relational database concepts plus strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience creating new systems or modernizing large-scale, complex architectures
