Middle Full-Stack Developer (.NET)

We are growing our team with a Middle Full-Stack Developer (.NET) who can work confidently across the stack and deliver reliable, polished software. You will build and enhance web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript while collaborating closely with a distributed team focused on quality. Responsibilities

• Lead work through the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and troubleshooting of web applications
• Implement new features that expand and improve an existing production product
• Build new system modules and integrate external solutions into the current application architecture based on project needs
• Follow established engineering practices and contribute to peer code reviews
• Prioritize quality across all stages of the development process
• Run tests during the build phase to confirm deliverables meet functional and quality expectations
• Analyze requirements in detail and participate in backlog grooming and refinement sessions
• Maintain and enhance existing technical systems to keep operations stable
• Participate in the team’s rotating on-call schedule as a shared responsibility

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with .NET and C# in commercial development
• Advanced JavaScript skills with practical jQuery usage in real projects
• Proven experience applying the ASP.NET MVC framework in production environments
• Working knowledge of Bootstrap for layout and UI styling
• Solid skills in CSS and HTML for building and structuring web UI elements
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills demonstrated in a large, globally distributed engineering team
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher, both written and spoken, to translate business needs into implementable technical outcomes

Nice to have

• Experience with ASP.NET WebForms, including migrating WebForms-based solutions to MVC
• Basic familiarity with Bootstrap for front-end development
• Working knowledge of LINQ for querying and data manipulation in .NET
• Understanding of relational database fundamentals with SQL skills
• Practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Background building new or modernizing existing large-scale, complex system architectures
