AI-enabled Senior .NET Developer

We are seeking aSenior .NET Developer to join our team, focusing on the development of AI agents and supporting backend and frontend applications in a high-impact environment. Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components
• Build developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Use current LLM patterns (RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, evals) to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development skills
• Experience with AI agents (TypeScript, .NET)
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Proven track record of secure, reliable, cloud-native systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch
• ML experience (training, deployment, monitoring)
• Understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation
