Job Summary
We are looking for a skilledCamunda Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing business process automation solutions usingCamunda BPM (Platform 7/8). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inJava, Spring Boot, BPMN 2.0, DMN, REST APIs, and Microservices, along with experience integrating Camunda with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions usingCamunda BPM (Platform 7/8).
- Develop business workflows usingBPMN 2.0 andDMN.
- Build and integrateJava/Spring Boot microservices with Camunda workflows.
- Develop and consumeRESTful APIs for enterprise integrations.
- Configure and manage Camunda process engine, deployments, and process instances.
- Implement workflow error handling, retries, compensation logic, and process monitoring.
- Optimize workflow performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into BPM solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support production releases.
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience withCamunda BPM (Platform 7 or 8).
- Strong knowledge ofJava 8/11/17 andSpring Boot.
- Experience withBPMN 2.0,DMN, and workflow orchestration.
- Good understanding ofREST APIs,Microservices, andJSON/XML.
- Experience withSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Knowledge ofGit,Maven/Gradle, andCI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity withDocker,Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience withKafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
- Exposure toCamunda Cockpit, Tasklist, Operate, and Optimize.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
