We are currently looking for a KYC Team Leader to join us! 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, coach, and develop the KYC team to deliver high performance and accuracy in daily operations. 

• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on new and existing players. 

• Monitor and manage workload distribution, ensuring timely completion of customer verification checks. 

• Oversee CDD, EDD, PEP & sanctions screening. 

• Serve as the point of escalation for complex KYC cases and provide guidance on decision-making. 

• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams.

• Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and support regulatory audits. 

• Provide regular reporting to management on team performance, KPIs, and risk indicators. 

• Maintain accurate records of all KYC checks and decisions. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience in KYC within the i-Gaming, fintech, or financial services industry. 

• Fluency in English both written and oral (additional languages are a plus). 

• Computer literacy. 

• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism. 

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience. 

• Knowledge of customer due diligence processes. 

• Excellent communication and people management skills. 

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail. 

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Proactive. 

• Time management skills.
