The Position

As a Line Manager at Cambio, you will lead a team of approximately 15 service delivery professionals who play an important role in delivering our e-health solutions to customers across the healthcare sector. The team consists of colleagues with different areas of expertise, including consultants and configuration specialists, all contributing to successful customer deliveries, continuous improvement of our services, and effective internal and customer-facing deliveries. You will be responsible for creating the conditions for the team to succeed, while driving operational excellence through clear governance, effective ways of working and a strong focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role combines leadership of people, delivery and capability development. By building a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture, you will enable your team members to grow, perform and building a healthy and engaging team culture. Leading, coaching and developing team members is a key part of the role, together with responsibility for performance management, career development, competence planning and employee engagement.

Through strong leadership and a people-first mindset, you will create an environment where both individuals and teams can thrive.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support your team members in their daily work and long-term development

  • Build a strong and inclusive team culture based on trust, collaboration, and continuous learning

  • Set clear expectations and follow up on goals and performance

  • Support the team in delivering high-quality services to our customers

  • Drive improvements in ways of working and team efficiency

  • Collaborate closely with fellow managers to ensure alignment across the organization

Requirements 

  • Proven experience as a people leader, including team development and performance management

  • Experience with change management and driving improvements

  • Background in IT, tech, or service-focused organizations

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English


Additional information:

Place of employment:Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)

Form of employment:Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
