About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Brand Partnership Manager to help introduce Satori to pediatric clinics across the United States.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- communicates exceptionally wellÂ
- thinks conversationally under pressureÂ
- can create trust quicklyÂ
- learns fastÂ
- wants to grow into a long-term sales and partnership role inside a high-upside companyÂ
This is NOT a high-pressure telemarketing role.
We are not looking for aggressive closers or script readers.
We are looking for someone who can:
- communicate calmly and intelligentlyÂ
- adapt naturally during live conversationsÂ
- simplify complex ideas clearlyÂ
- speak confidently with healthcare professionalsÂ
- create curiosity without sounding salesyÂ
You will primarily speak with:
- practice managersÂ
- office managersÂ
- operations leadersÂ
- pediatric decision makersÂ
Your primary responsibility is to:
generate high-quality conversations and qualified meetings for leadership.
Over time, strong performers may grow into:
- Account Executive / Closer rolesÂ
- strategic partnershipsÂ
- revenue leadership opportunitiesÂ

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

- US-facing sales communicationÂ
Pediatric or healthcare experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
What matters most is communication quality, learning ability, professionalism, and conversational intelligence.
Compensation
Based on:

Performance Compensation
Qualified Completed Meeting Bonus
$30 USD per completed qualified meeting
A qualified meeting means:
- the decision maker attendsÂ
- the clinic matches our ICPÂ
- a legitimate operational discussion occursÂ
Revenue Participation
1.5% recurring commission on sourced accounts for up to 12 months.
Performance Bonuses
Top performers may also qualify for:
- monthly performance bonusesÂ
- quarterly bonusesÂ
- expanded compensation opportunitiesÂ
- promotion into closing and partnership rolesÂ
Earnings Potential
Strong performers who consistently generate qualified meetings and contribute to sourced revenue can meaningfully increase their monthly compensation through:

For high performers, total monthly compensation may grow significantly beyond base compensation over time.
