Als O2C Project Finance Specialist begleiten Sie unsere Projekte aus kaufmännischer Sicht über den gesamten Order-to-Cash-Prozess. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Montage sowie internationalen Finance-Teams zusammen und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einem reibungslosen Projektablauf.

IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS

• Kaufmännische Betreuung unserer Projekte vom Auftragseingang bis zum Zahlungseingang

• Verantwortung für Finanzfreigabe der Projekte nach Überprüfung der Projekteckpfeiler und Genehmigungen

• Koordination und Unterstützung der Rechnungslegung in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Shared Service Centern

• Überwachung offener Forderungen sowieDurchführungdes Mahnwesens

• Klärung von Rechnungs- und Zahlungsdifferenzen gemeinsam mit Kunden sowie internen Ansprechpartner:innen

• Unterstützung bei der Zuordnung eingehender Zahlungen

• Verwaltung von Bankgarantien

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kostenkontrollen bei Projektabschlüssen sowie laufende Kontrolle und Korrektur von Buchungen

• Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

• Laufende Optimierung kaufmännischer Prozesse sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität

IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Projektcontrolling oder Order-to-Cash von Vorteil

• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil

• Hohe Affinität für digitale Tools und Prozesse

• Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung

• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

• Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
