Your key responsibilities

The candidate is expected to;

• Be a hands-on engineering lead involved in analysis, design, design/code reviews, coding and release activities
• champion engineering best practices and guide/mentor team to achieve high performance.
• acquire functional knowledge of the business capability being digitized/re-engineered.
• Drive AI adoption for SDLC as well as solving business problems

Your skills and experience

Core Engineering

• Minimum 14 years of IT industry experience with strong hands-on expertise inJava and full-stack development
• Deep knowledge ofJava, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS)
• Strong experience indatabases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and solid understanding ofdata modeling, performance optimization
• Hands-on experience withcloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Strong understanding ofdistributed systems, system design, and scalable architecture patterns
• Experience inDevOps and CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), with focus on automation and reliabilit
• Strong focus onengineering quality (TDD, BDD, automation testing, performance testing)
• Hands-on or working knowledge ofLLM-based applications and experience of building Agentic AI workflows using Spec Driven development with tools likeOpenSpec etc

Leadership

• Strong problem-solving skills with ahands-on leadership approach
• Experience working closely withBusiness stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects
• Growth mindset with focus oncontinuous learning, upskilling, and team development
