Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analyticalBusiness Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our clientRivian in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with enterprise-level business systems, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making — preferably in dynamic environments such asAmazon or other top technology-driven companies.

This role requires strong collaboration skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that system implementations align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and documentbusiness processes, system requirements, and workflows.
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and deliver system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into detailedfunctional and technical specifications.
• Support system design, configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and integration opportunities.
• Performdata analysis, create reports, and provide actionable insights to improve business efficiency.
• Ensure business continuity and compliance through effective process documentation and support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar functional/technical role.
• Strong knowledge ofenterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or Supply Chain tools preferred).
• Experience inbusiness process mapping, system integration, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with tools such asJIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience withAmazon or other large-scale enterprise environments is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
