About the Role
Join a small, growing go-to-market team at a seed-stage AI wholesale SaaS company. You will own prospecting and help shape how the team brings AI-enabled sales tools to an underserved industry.
What You'll Do
Manage prospecting from initial outreach through closing, using phone, email, and social media to connect with wholesale decision-makers.
Test and improve inbound and outbound lead generation, quickly applying lessons from what works and what does not.
Build expertise in the product, wholesale market, and customer needs so you can lead persuasive customer conversations.
Research B2B prospects independently and create effective sales materials and presentations.
Write and refine call scripts and communication templates, then share learnings through internal trainings.
Find and adopt AI tools to improve sales workflows and contribute to go-to-market strategy and customer-facing processes.
What We're Looking For
Early-career individual contributor with initial hands-on SaaS sales and outbound prospecting experience.
Comfort reaching prospects by phone, email, and social media, with strong customer-facing and communication skills.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Tech-savvy, with interest in AI-enabled sales workflows and ideally in industrial or wholesale markets.
Startup experience is valuable, along with the initiative to build processes, adapt quickly, and work toward goals.
