Title: Business Analyst Standard III
Duration: 6 Months – Possible Extension
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite:4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with technical teams and offshore developers to turn business requirements into effective solutions.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to the development team.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users to ensure reports and data solutions meet requirements.
- Support Program Managers in tracking project deliverables using Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
- Identify and manage technical issues, risks, and challenges, and communicate them to leadership.
- Create and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures for smooth handoff to application support teams.
- 8+ years of experience in data, reporting, or business technology roles.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience working with large-scale data and reporting applications.
- Good understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Operational Data Stores.
- Knowledge of databases, ETL processes, data integration, transaction processing, and testing methodologies.
