MUST:
Must be able to obtain a US Government Security clearance is required
Eligible for High level Public Trust
8+ years of professional experience working as a business analyst
5+ years of experience supporting federal programs involving process optimization, requirements analysis, or system integration
Professional experience work with Federal immigration teams and programs (DHS, USCIS, CBP, State)
Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow optimization, and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills
Certified Business Analysis Professional or Agile Certified Practitioner Certification
DUTIES:
The ideal candidate is working as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify areas for process improvement across project and programs for federal client
Analyze current business processes with the team to identify improvement opportunities
Gather, document, and manage business requirements
Develop process maps, workflows, and operational recommendations
Support governance, project planning, and operational readiness efforts
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and solution development sessions
Support Agile implementation, testing, and deployment activities
