Job Description:
What They Will Do
- Support mergers and acquisitions integration efforts.
- Assess how acquired companies operate today versus Rite-Hite's target operating model.
- Document current-state and future-state processes.
- Perform gap analysis.
- Provide integration requirements to technical teams.
Must-Have Experience
- Enterprise application experience.
- ERP familiarity.
- Process mapping expertise.
- Current-state / future-state analysis.
- Gap analysis.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.

- Sales operations.
