Pay Range: $46 - $50/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to Drive program-level planning and manage business requirements for healthcare data systems.
Conduct gap analysis, needs assessments, and resource planning to support project execution.
Develop cost models and business case justifications for new initiatives. Oversee research efforts — market, operational, financial — to advise strategic direction.
Work with engineering and product leads to guide system integration and data exchange solutions. Define and document interface requirements between systems

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
4+ years of experience in business analysis or data integration roles within healthcare, payer, or health
Hands-on experience in supporting data exchange / integration workflows, claims processing, and remittance logic
Proficiency in data validation, profiling, and transformation
Strong skills in requirements HL7, FHIR, EDI
Ability to communicate complex ideas in business-friendly language
