Business Analyst (Airtable)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Analyst with strong hands-on expertise inAirtable to support business process automation, data management, and workflow optimization for one of our premium clients in Sunnyvale.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Design, configure, and maintain Airtable bases, automations, and integrations.
Create dashboards and reports for management.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency.
Conduct user training and provide Airtable support.

Required Skills:
5+ years as a Business Analyst
Strong experience withAirtable (Automations, APIs, Integrations)
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques

Preferred:
Experience integrating Airtable with other platforms (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace, etc.)
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
