Description:
Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the Insurance domain.
We are looking for experienced candidates who can effectively perform the responsibilities of a Business Systems Analyst, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and system solutioning.
In addition, the candidate should be capable of handling Scrum Master responsibilities, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth sprint execution.
Key Requirements:
• Strong insurance domain knowledge and experience
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Capability to perform Scrum Master activities and facilitate Agile delivery
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
Excellent proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Multitasking ability, very good agile and insurance experience.
Expert in conceptual modeling visualize possible solutions innovatively
To be able to ask good questions and have the patience to listen to complicated explanations
Good analytical skills with the ability to analyze requirements from different angles with clear and logical thinking.
Certified in one or more Agile methodologies and Business Analyst courses
Extensive relevant experience BA list out the features of the problem.
Then these are converted into logical deliverable stories.BA has to review these stories and prepare a schedule for upcoming processes. story slicingthe analyst is supposed to prioritize the user stories according to the customer preferences and develop them to give products.Certified in one or more Agile methodologies and Business Analyst coursesGood to haveexperience in using SAFe Agile To document as-is process models and define to be process models (BFSI background preferred) after discussing with business stakeholdersProvide high-quality analytical solutions for the key stakeholders
To increase the business value| collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices
Develop business cases by working closely with product managers to develop business cases.
Provide user stories to multi-disciplinary teams and define the business-driven acceptance criteria Support Agile practices and encourage the improvement of service
Facilitate various Agile processes such as Iteration Release Planning| Backlog Refinement| Retrospective| Sprint Review| Daily Stand-up Create low or high-fidelity prototypes accordingly.
