Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecom industry
• Strong understanding of telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, mediation, billing, and provisioning
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and Excel
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with telecom platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, or similar
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system interoperability
• Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile methodologies is a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for telecom services
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for new initiatives or system changes
• Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating results
• Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
