About the role

Bunkerhill is a Sequoia-backed company whose goal is to increase the adoption of AI in healthcare, in order to help doctors catch deadly diseases earlier. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from conception to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives.
- Delegate tasks and provide support to team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present project reports.

Qualifications:

- Experience working in the healthcare or healthcare related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
