## About the role

We are looking for a full-time Data Quality Manager to join our in-person team in our office in SoMa in SF. We are currently seeking a highly organized and adaptable Data Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our clinical data. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to quickly onboard to the clinical domain, demonstrating expertise in anatomical structures and abnormalities. The role involves becoming proficient in [RedBrick](https://redbrickai.com/). Additionally, the candidate should excel in translating high-level requirements into scoped tasks and be comfortable engaging with clinical experts to resolve ambiguities.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Domain Expertise:
- Quickly onboard to the clinical domain, understanding anatomical structures and abnormalities relevant to our data.
- Utilize this domain knowledge to enhance the accuracy of clinical data.

Mastery of data labeling tools:
- Become an expert in medical imaging annotation via RedBrick.
- Leverage RedBrick capabilities to improve data quality and streamline processes.

Communication with Clinical Experts:
- Collaborate with clinical experts to resolve ambiguities and ensure data accuracy.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving data quality processes.
- Implement measures to enhance the overall quality and reliability of clinical data.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in data quality management with a focus on clinical data.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly onboard to new domains and become proficient.
- Familiarity with RedBrick or similar platforms (MONAI Label, 3D Slicer, etc) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with clinical experts.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
