Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior support strategies and treatment programs as designed
• Respond to challenging situations with professionalism and composure
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Provide services in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics

Ideal Candidate:

• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting children and their families
• Able to remain positive and effective when facing challenges
• Eager to develop new skills and grow professionally
• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
• Previous ABA experience is welcome butnot mandatory
• Educational background in psychology, education, or a related disciplineis advantageous
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

 Schedule in Inglewood, CA: 
Afternoon shift: Monday–Friday,  3:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
