Starting in August or September, we are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate (m/f/d) to join our innovative "AI Enabled Call Agents" team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our expansion into theDutch market. If you are a strong communicator and completely fluent/business-proficient in Dutch—especially when it comes to cold calling and negotiations—we look forward to receiving your application!

This position can be filled as a working student, freelancer, or in part-time/full-time employment.

  • Targeted Outreach: Proactive phone outreach to premium clients using our AI-powered tools.

  • Professional Communication: Building and maintaining client relationships through persuasive and solution-oriented communication.

  • Lead Qualification: Identifying relevant customer needs and qualifying leads for the sales team.

  • Autonomous Work: A structured and efficient working style to achieve both individual and team goals.

  • Flexibility & Travel: Participation in client meetings and events, mostly across Germany (1–2 days, up to 4x/month).

  • Linguistic Excellence: Full professional proficiency inDutch (required), combined with fluentGerman or English.

  • Experience: Initial experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Call Center environments is an advantage, but not a must.

  • Personal Attributes: Passion for professional customer interactions, combined with a communicative and confident demeanor on the phone and in person.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, including on-site phases at our Munich office.
