The BSW Project Manager will support optimization of our buried service wire-based functions, advocating for, and collaborating with the buried service wire contractors to maximize operational efficiency. Scale of Responsibility: ā¢ 1-4 BSW contractors ā¢ Support buried drop tickets across multiple states ā¢ Work in concert with contractors and field personnel to drive an exponential increase in buried service wire installations and growth. Key Responsibilities: ā¢ Jeopardy Management: Point of contact for customer BSW escalations. ā¢ Conduct regular meetings with drop vendors to drive % of drops placed before due date. ā¢ Escalate unresolved issues when needed. ā¢ Proven ability to coordinate activities, track progress, and follow through on issues to resolution. ā¢ Strong problemāsolving skills with the ability to identify potential barriers early and proactively address them. ā¢ Highly organized, detailāoriented, and capable of managing multiple permits and priorities simultaneously. Qualifications: ā¢ Bachelorās degree or equivalent practical work experience ā¢ Customer-centric mindset ā¢ Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish multiple and broad range of initiatives within pressured timeframes. ā¢ Ability to effectively implement processes where necessary for successful program delivery ā¢ Apply expert functional and critical thinking skills to resolve business challenges. Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must have. Bonus Points For: ā¢ 2ā5 years of telecom, construction, engineering, permitting, or project coordination experience. ā¢ Knowledge of fiber network builds, aerial/underground construction, and buried service wire processes. ā¢ Experience managing vendors or holding partners accountable to deadlines and quality expectations. ā¢ Familiarity with IQGeo, GIS systems, or utility application systems.
