Food & Beverage - Catering Operations Officer

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Catering Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of catering operations to ensure high-quality food and beverage services across Venues NSW. The role provides exceptional customer service, works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, monitors operational requirements, maintains compliance with organisational policies and food safety standards, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The role also identifies and resolves routine operational issues, manages competing priorities, maintains accurate operational records, and contributes to the efficient delivery of catering services while upholding professionalism, integrity and organisational values.

ABOUT YOU 

You will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with demonstrated experience supporting catering or food and beverage operations. You will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will have a proven ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, coordinate operational activities, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality catering services and positive business outcomes.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within large scale events or multi-site hospitality / catering operations.
• RSA accredited.
