Equipment Maintenance Technician- Photo

Position Summary:Our Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventative maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and installation of various semiconductor fabrication machines and equipment.

Hours are a 12-hour compressed schedule.  Flexibility of shift A, B, C or D.  Work 3 days one week, 4 days the next.  Shift differential for the night shifts.

Major Areas of Accountability:

• Be part of an equipment services team in the semiconductor industry 
• Support and participate in a Safety, 5s, and Standard Work culture 
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the area and factory performance 

• Interact with other team members toward the solution of problems, and the fulfillment of manufacturing objectives  

• Make routine decisions based on area priorities that affect production material and equipment 

• Work with the shift leadership team and other maintenance technicians to drive the team's overall success 

• Document maintenance performed 
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager  

Required Qualifications:

• Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.), or technical trade school certificate preferred but not required.

• Work experience will be considered. 5-7 years of experience in an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry

• Familiarity in Photolithography and have experience with ASML PAS Steppers and Scanners along with TwinSCAN exposure tools, ASML 5500 2x0, 3x0, 5x0, 7x0, 8x0 and TwinSCAN 4x0, 12x0 & 14x0 models, and TEL Mark 8, ACT 8, Lithius Tracks on a 200mm platform. 
• Extensive troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems skills
• Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills

Physical Demands: 

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
• Ability to work onsite a minimum of 12 hours a day, 4 days a week. Variety of standing, sitting, kneeling & data entry.  
• Wear complete fab attire for full shift.  
• Meet all safety and cleanroom requirements.  
• Wear proper personal protective equipment and work with electrical hazards
