1. RN – Part-Time with Benefits - AM SHIFT

• Hours: 72 to 80 hours per pay period, including every other weekend holiday rotation
• Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Wage: $36.08 – 40.54 per hour
• Additional pay: Applicable shift and weekend differentials
• Benefits: Eligible for part‑time benefits

2. RN – Part-Time with Benefits - PM SHIFT

• Hours: 64 hours per pay period, including every other weekend holiday rotation
• Schedule: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
• Wage: $36.08 – 40.54 per hour
• Additional pay: Applicable shift and weekend differentials
• Benefits: Eligible for part‑time benefits

3. RN – Variable Hours (0–39 hours per pay period) - PM SHIFT

• Hours: 0–39 hours per pay period, including every other weekend & holiday rotation
• Schedule: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm; every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Wage: $36.08 – 40.54 per hour
• Additional pay: Applicable shift and weekend differentials

4. RN – Variable Hours (0–39 hours per pay period) - OVERNIGHT SHIFT

• Hours: 0–39 hours per pay period, including every other weekend & holiday rotation
• Schedule: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am; every other weekend (Friday & Saturday)
• Wage: $36.08 – 40.54 per hour
• Additional pay: Applicable shift and weekend differential

5. RN – Variable Hours (0–39 hours per pay period) - AM SHIFT

• Hours: 0–39 hours per pay period, including every other weekend & holiday rotation
• Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Wage: $36.08 – 40.54 per hour
• Additional pay: Applicable shift and weekend differential

Position Summary

Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living is seeking a dedicatedRegistered Nurse (RN) to provide and supervise high‑quality resident care in a long‑term care environment. This role includes clinical assessments, care planning, medication administration, documentation, and supervision of LPNs, Nurse Technicians, and Nursing Assistants.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act

• Complete assessments and update individualized care plans

• Implement medical orders and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise and support nursing staff; assist with training and orientation

• Ensure accurate, timely documentation

• Maintain resident rights, safety, and confidentiality

• Participate in required in‑service education

• Support person‑centered care practices

MDS Responsibilities (Hillview Campus, if assigned)

• Assist with accurate and timely MDS completion

• Support restorative nursing programs

• Apply clinical assessment skills to ensure accurate coding and compliance

Qualifications

• CurrentRegistered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• CPR certification

• Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills

• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 60 lbs

• Long‑term care experience preferred

• Must pass background check per Wisconsin Caregiver Law
