Digital Communications Assistant

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-orientedDigital Communications Assistant to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of client communications, email marketing campaigns, digital engagement initiatives and broader marketing programs across a global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and distribute external communications including newsletters, client updates, campaigns and business announcements
• Partner with Client Engagement and Growth teams to deliver targeted communications that support client relationships and business development opportunities
• Coordinate communication requests and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of contentMonitor and report on email campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Support client engagement, growth communications, and futureAccount-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
• Assist with website content updates, digital asset management, andCMS administration
• Track website and campaign performance usingGoogle Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools
• Support SEO activities, content optimization and digital marketing campaigns
• Support paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, reporting and performance optimization
• Maintain marketing databases, communication records, templates and documentation
• Coordinate project timelines and support ongoing marketing operations

Skills, Knowledge + Experience

• 2-4 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Email Marketing, Marketing Operations or a related field
• Experience creating and distributing email campaigns, newsletters or marketing communications
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Poppulo or similar
• Basic HTML proficiency with familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), website CMS platforms (preferably WordPress), SEO and digital reporting
• Understanding of key marketing metrics including CTR, conversion rate, CPC, CPA and ROAS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with marketing automation, audience segmentation and stakeholder management
