Commis Chef

Are you confident in the kitchen and ready to deliver great food with consistency and flair? We’re looking for a skilled chef to help us exceed customer expectations every day.

As a Commis Chef you’ll work closely with the kitchen team, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and take pride in creating quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience Needed: 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, a strong understanding of food safety standards (including HACCP), and a passion for delivering great service as part of a team.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
