Sport Presenter and Content Creator

We are looking for a dedicated Sports Presenter and Content Creator to lead and shape the YoSports TV program. This is a permanent, high-impact role combining live presentation, content creation and product support, contributing directly to the growth and visibility of our Sportsbook offering.

The successful candidate will play a central role in the development, production, and execution of our live streaming programs, particularly focused on football, while also supporting broader content initiatives across social media and product activations.

This is a dynamic, creative position requiring initiative, flexibility and strong communication skills, as well as a genuine passion for sports and digital entertainment.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Live Program & Presentation

• Act as the main presenter of YoSports TV, hosting live streaming sessions and engaging directly with users
• Deliver an entertaining, professional and informative on-screen experience during live sports events
• Build a strong sense of community by interacting with players, responding to questions and promoting engagement
• Host promotions, quizzes, betting-related discussions and interactive segments
• Communicate sports betting insights clearly and engagingly using data and statistics

Program Development & Production

• Play an active role in the creation, evolution and improvement of the live show format
• Prepare scripts, schedules and content plans for live broadcasts
• Contribute ideas for new segments, formats and entertainment concepts
• Coordinate content requirements with internal teams (CRM, Marketing, Design, Product)
• Ensure consistency, quality and innovation in all YoSports TV outputs

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Develop both live-related and standalone content aligned with YoSports branding
• Support marketing campaigns through creative assets and storytelling
• Identify trends and propose content ideas that resonate with sports audiences

Product Support & Collaboration

• Provide input and feedback on sportsbook features, promotions and campaigns
• Collaborate with Product, CRM and Marketing teams to enhance engagement strategies
• Assist in the creation of promotional content and tickets within internal systems
• Support the execution of key activations (tournaments, promotions, events)

Working Conditions

• This role requires flexibility in working hours
• The schedule will be aligned with live sporting events (primarily football)
• Regular evening and weekend work will be required
• Participation in additional streams or special programs may be expected

What’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications:

Experience & Skills

• Strong passion for sports, particularly football
• Solid understanding of sports betting and online gaming
• Experience in live streaming, presenting or content creation is highly desirable
• Comfortable speaking in front of camera and engaging with live audiences
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native level required)
• Good level of English is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends
