ServiceNow Developer

Are you a passionate ServiceNow Developer looking to make a real impact across a large enterprise environment? At The Rank Group, ServiceNow is at the heart of how our teams operate, from IT and HR to Payroll, Marketing, and beyond.

In this role, you'll take ownership of our ServiceNow platform, designing and developing solutions that improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance the employee experience across the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Managing platform performance, security, and governance
• Building integrations with enterprise systems to streamline operations
• Troubleshooting complex issues and driving continuous improvement across the platform
• Acting as the ServiceNow subject matter expert for the business

What we're looking for:

• Strong ServiceNow development experience
• Solid JavaScript, HTML/XML, and web technology skills
• Experience with scripting, workflows, and integrations
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
