We are currently seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to work at across our Murrumba Downs and Strathpine. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries.
• Coordinate and manage medical imaging bookings for inpatient and outpatient appointments.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry with a high level of attention to detail.
• Liaise effectively with patients, medical professionals, referring practitioners, and internal teams.
• Process billing and banking tasks, including Medicare, DVA, health funds, and WorkCover transactions.

• Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience, ideally within a healthcare environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
