Location: Front Street Campus, La Crosse, WI | Hybrid eligible (must reside in WI, MN, or IA)

Position Overview

The Quality Manager partners with the Director of Quality Improvement to lead initiatives focused on improving clinical quality, patient safety, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. This leader serves as a trusted advisor to operational teams, helping prioritize improvement efforts, manage complex projects, and support organizational goals.

The Quality Manager also provides leadership and development for a team of quality professionals, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

What You'll Do

• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to advance strategic quality goals and improve outcomes.
• Provide expertise in quality methodologies, project management, regulatory readiness, and performance measurement.
• Prioritize and manage quality, safety, and data-related initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 Quality Improvement Specialists.
• Drive collaboration, change management, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Business, Information Systems, or a related healthcare field
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Minimum of two years of direct patient care experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, process redesign, project management, or change leadership
• Previous leadership experience strongly desired
