About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to support our growth in South Korea. This role partners closely with Sales to drive technical success across the customer lifecycle, positioning our AI-driven cybersecurity solutions to address complex enterprise and government challenges.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business needs into impactful solution architectures while demonstrating the value of our platform in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to drivepre-sales technical engagements and support revenue growth

• Leadtechnical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and challenges

• Design and presentAI-driven cybersecurity solutions tailored to enterprise and public sector needs

• Deliverproduct demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), and technical workshops

• Act as atrusted advisor to customers, including C-level and technical stakeholders

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address customer requirements

• Providetechnical guidance on architecture, deployment, and integration

• Support RFP/RFI responses and ensure high-quality technical proposals

• Stay current onindustry trends, threat landscape, and competitive positioning

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience inpre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting

• Strong background incybersecurity, cloud security, or enterprise IT infrastructure

• Experience supportingenterprise and/or public sector customers in South Korea

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts intobusiness value

• Hands-on experience withPOCs, solution design, and technical presentations

• Strong understanding ofnetworking, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security architectures

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withAI/ML-driven security solutions or advanced threat detection platforms

• Good experience in Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform

• Familiarity withSouth Korea regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS, Azure)

• Experience working withsystem integrators and channel partners
