We're looking for a proactive and highly organisedLearning Coordinator to help deliver engaging and effective learning experiences across Bromford Flagship.

As the first point of contact for colleagues on their learning journey, you'll provide outstanding support, coordinate training activities, maintain learning records, and ensure learning programmes run smoothly from start to finish. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive learning experience, helping colleagues access the development opportunities they need to thrive while supporting our culture of continuous learning.

Location: Norwich

Hours: Full Time - 37 hpw - Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent



What You'll Be Doing

  • coordinating training courses, workshops and learning events across the business.

  • organising venues, trainers and learning resources to ensure successful delivery.

  • managing course bookings, attendance records, cancellations and rescheduling.

  • supporting colleagues with learning systems and answering learning-related queries.

  • maintaining accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • monitoring mandatory and regulatory training compliance and following up where required.

  • producing learning data and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • processing invoices, purchase orders and associated administration.

  • acting as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external training providers.


What You'll Bring

Essential

  • excellent customer service skills and a passion for supporting others.

  • strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • confident IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records.

  • the ability to prioritise competing tasks and work effectively under pressure.

  • strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

  • a proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Desirable
  • experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).

  • experience coordinating learning, training or development activities.

  • an interest in learning technology and digital learning solutions.
