Corporate Store Manager - Eight Mile Plains

We are currently on the lookout for passionate, driven and customer obsessed retail managers to fuel up their career in a store management position inEight Mile Plains.

• You must havefull time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.

Running the store as if it is your own business, you will: 

• Delight your customers with service and store standards 

• Recruit, coach and develop your own store team 

• Contribute to a safe and positive store environment 

• Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance 

• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and operational standards

• Strong communication (both written and verbal)  

• Willingness to seek feedback and put learnings into action  

• Resilience and a positive attitude  

• Passion for self and team motivation

• Paid full-time training experience (including Food Safety Supervisor Certificate), conducted both instore & online
