This role will work at the intersection of business, clinical workflows, operations, and technology to identify high-impact opportunities, design solutions, and rapidly test and scale AI-driven capabilities across pharmacy and patient service journeys.
This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role focused on turning ideas into measurable outcomes quickly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify & Prioritize High-Impact AI Use Cases
•   Work with business, operations, and clinical stakeholders to identify opportunities across:Â
o   Benefits verification (BV) / Prior Authorization (PA)Â
o   Patient onboarding & educationÂ
o   Adherence & refill managementÂ
o   Call center / pharmacist workflowsÂ
•   Translate business pain points into clear problem statements and opportunity areasÂ
________________________________________
2. Drive Rapid Experimentation
•   Convert ideas into testable hypotheses and experimentsÂ
•   Design MVPs and pilots using:Â
o   AI/LLM capabilitiesÂ
o   Workflow automationÂ
o   Data-driven decisioningÂ
•   Run fast iteration cycles:Â
o   Prototype → test → learn → refineÂ
•   Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes quicklyÂ
________________________________________
3. Build & Deliver AI-Enabled Products
•   Own end-to-end product lifecycle:Â
o   Problem definition → solution design → development → launch → iterationÂ
•   Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to:Â
o   Build scalable, production-ready solutionsÂ
o   Integrate AI into real workflows (not just standalone models)Â
•   Ensure usability for frontline users (pharmacists, agents, care teams)Â
________________________________________
4. Bridge Business, Clinical, and Technology Teams
•   Act as a translator between:Â
o   Business/operations (pharmacy, patient services)Â
o   Technology (engineering, AI/ML teams)Â
•   Ensure solutions are:Â
o   Operationally feasibleÂ
o   Clinically appropriateÂ
o   Technically scalableÂ
________________________________________
5. Embed AI into Real Workflows
•   Design solutions that:Â
o   Augment human decision-making (not replace blindly)Â
o   Incorporate human-in-the-loop controlsÂ
o   Fit seamlessly into existing systems (CRM, workflow tools, call center platforms)Â
•   Drive adoption across end usersÂ
________________________________________
6. Measure Impact & Scale
•   Track:Â
o   Operational efficiency (e.g., reduced handling time, faster approvals)Â
o   Experience metrics (patient, agent, pharmacist)Â
o   Business outcomes (conversion, adherence, cost reduction)Â
•   Scale successful pilots into broader deploymentÂ
________________________________________
Required Qualifications
•   6–10+ years in Product Management or Product OwnershipÂ
•   Strong healthcare domain experience, preferably in:Â
o   Pharmacy services (specialty pharmacy preferred)Â
o   Patient services / HUB servicesÂ
o   Payer or PBM ecosystemsÂ
•   Proven experience working on data-driven or AI-enabled productsÂ
•   Demonstrated ability to drive rapid experimentation and MVP deliveryÂ
•   Strong ability to work across business, clinical, and technical teamsÂ
________________________________________
Preferred Qualifications
•   Experience with:Â
o   Prior Authorization (PA), Benefits Verification (BV), or patient onboarding workflowsÂ
o   Call center / omnichannel patient engagement platformsÂ
•   Familiarity with:Â
o   LLMs / Generative AI applicationsÂ
o   Workflow automation toolsÂ
o   Data platforms (e.g., modern data stack)Â
•   Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, compliance constraints)Â
________________________________________
Key Traits
•   Highly execution-oriented (bias for action)Â
•   Strong problem framer (not just backlog manager)Â
•   Comfortable with ambiguity and iterationÂ
$170,000 - $180,000 a year
