The Integrity Manager oversees Compliance Integrity Specialists and leads proactive fraud, waste, and abuse monitoring activities across assigned markets. This roleis responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of compliance audits, billing investigations, and documentation reviews. The Integrity Manager serves as a subject matter expert in healthcare billing, coding, documentation, and reimbursement regulations while partnering with operational, clinical, and compliance leaders toidentify risks, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and support a team of Compliance Integrity Specialists to ensure quality audit performance andtimely completion of investigations.
· Collaborate with compliance, privacy, clinical, and operational leaders to strengthen compliance efforts across assigned markets.
·Identify compliance trends, systemic risks, and recurring issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
·Provide expert guidance on healthcare billing, coding, documentation, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
· Review andvalidate audit methodologies, findings, and conclusions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and meaningful outcomes.
· Develop,maintain, and improve audit tools, standards, policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
· Mentor, train, and support team members while fostering professional growth and performance excellence.
· Review reports and communications to ensure audit findings are clearly understood and effectively communicated.
·Monitor regulatory changes and update audit practices tomaintain compliance with current requirements.
· Prepare and present audit summaries, trends, recommendations, and compliance updates to leadership.
· Provide coverage and support for other integrity leadership roles as needed.
· Performadditional compliance and integrity-related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
·Associate's degree in Health Information Management required.
·Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management preferred.
· RHIA or RHIT certification required.
· CCS and/or CPC certification preferred.
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, coding, or billing required.
· Prior supervisory or management experience required.
· Behavioral health experience preferred.
· Advanced knowledge of federal and state healthcare billing, coding, documentation, and reimbursement regulations.
· Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
· Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to audit and compliance activities.

·High level of professionalism with the ability tomaintain confidentiality.
· Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurancerequired.
Physical Requirements
· Perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible forcefrequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
· Use repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and writing throughout the workday.
· Sit for extended periods of time with occasional walking and standing as needed.
·Maintain the physical ability to perform all essential job functions in a primarily office-based environment.
