Mid-Senior Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experiencedMid-Senior Manual QA Engineer to join a core Testing team and contribute to the quality and reliability of modern web applications.

The role focuses primarily onmanual testing, covering functional, regression, and integration testing, while also offering the opportunity to contribute toBusiness Analysis activities and work closely with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and executemanual test cases and test scenarios
• Performfunctional, regression, and integration testing across different application levels
• Design test strategies and test plans for new features and application changes
• Plan and coordinate testing cycles
• Analyze functional requirements and specifications to identify appropriate testing scenarios
• Log, track, and support the resolution of defects in collaboration with development teams
• Document test results, findings, and identified issues clearly and accurately
• Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other project stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement ofQA processes and best practices
• Support Business Analysis activities when required

• University degree inComputer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in manual testing of web applications
• Strong experience designing and executingtest plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Good knowledge offunctional, regression, and integration testing
• Ability to understand functional specifications and complex business requirements
• Good understanding ofBusiness Analysis concepts
• Experience with defect tracking and collaboration tools such asJira or Azure DevOps
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Ability to clearly document defects, test results, and findings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams

Nice to Have

• Previous experience inbanking or fintech environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and auditing requirements within financial services
• Knowledge of or experience withtest automation tools
