The Credit Control Specialist (Turkish speaking)plays a key role in managing customer credit risk and ensuring effective control of outstanding balances. The role combines operational leadership, credit risk expertise, and stakeholder management to support order fulfillment while minimizing bad debt exposure. By driving continuous improvements and developing the team, the position contributes to operational excellence and sustainable financial performance.Â
This role will be performed in a transition environment; experience in transition or migration projects is considered a strong asset.

Your role Â
Control and monitor outstanding balances, credit risks, and bad debt exposure in line with company policies and accounting standardsÂ
Lead and oversee daily credit control activities to ensure accurate and timely executionÂ
Review and approve customer credit terms and assess ongoing credit risk exposureÂ
Analyze and review monthly credit control metrics and KPIs to ensure data accuracy and performance monitoringÂ
Ensure timely payment of debts and actively participate in the provision of doubtful debtsÂ
Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Management to resolve credit issues and meet order release and shipping cut-off deadlinesÂ
Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and develop team members through coaching and guidanceÂ
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectivenessÂ
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, service levels, and internal controlsÂ
Manage escalations and communicate risks and issues to key stakeholdersÂ
Your profileÂ
proven experience in Credit Control, Accounting, or Accounts ReceivableÂ
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experienceÂ
proven experience in a shared services environmentÂ
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office toolsÂ
Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skillsÂ
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilitiesÂ
Mandatory hands-on experience in Credit Control (not limited to Cash Application or Collection)Â
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishÂ
Turkish speaking (Level B)
