Supply Chain Officer (Sourcing Team)

Role & Responsibilities:

Contract Preparation

• Prepare contracts based on agreed terms and company templates.
• Review clauses for accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Incorporate changes due to regulatory updates or business requirements
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties for contract finalization.
• Maintain organized records of all contracts and related correspondence.

Supplier Relationship & Onboarding

• Oversee the full supplier registration and onboarding process. 
• Review and verify all documentation for new and existing customers and suppliers, including KYC and NDA updates.
• Maintain detailed records to build a comprehensive supplier database.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application(MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, Power Point).
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Independent, Initiative, Well-Organized and Detail-Minded.
• Good Team Player, Good Working Attitude and Strong Sense of Responsibility.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of producing high-quality work.
• 5 years of commercial and clerical experience, preferably in the manufacturing, or trading industry.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
