What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Drive Growth: Achieve goals for deposits, memberships, lending, business services, and referrals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with members, local businesses, and community partners.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Champion outstanding member service and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Think Strategically: Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that drive results.
• Lead with Integrity: Ensure branch operations follow credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Leadership or supervisory experience; financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, make sound decisions, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to obtain an NMLS license.
