Sales Operations Coordinator- SuperCard - German Speaking
The SuperCard Sales Operations Coordinator supports the successful operation and growth of the SuperCard business by coordinating key administrative and commercial activities. The role contributes to operational efficiency, process improvements, and a seamless customer experience.
In this role You will:
- Supports the Fleet SuperCard team with day-to-day commercial and administrative operations.
- Processes and codes supplier invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation, proper documentation, and timely payment processing.
- Maintains and updates performance sheets, sales reports, and KPI tracking to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Prepares contracts, contract amendments, and commercial documentation for internal review and approval.
- Supports contract administration, including document management and coordination of internal approval processes.
- Supports Customer Service with the follow-up and resolution of SuperCard-related customer queries, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Acts as a coordination point between Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and external providers to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Assists in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and business analyses.
- Supports the administration and coordination of third-party suppliers and service providers.
- Maintains accurate customer, supplier, and product data within internal systems.
- Supports the monitoring of operational KPIs and preparation of regular performance reviews.
- Assists in project coordination by tracking activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensures proper filing and maintenance of commercial documents, contracts, and process-related records.
What You will need to be successful:
- Commercial apprenticeship (e.g., business administration, office management, sales, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communications in German and English
- Preferably few years' experience in sales operations, administration, customer service, or business processes
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative and commercial activities.
- Good analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate business data.
