Virtual Staging Team Leader

Volume Pixel - We are looking for a Virtual Staging Editor Team Leader! 

This role will focus on supporting and mentoring individuals to develop competency in all relevant tasks, implement best practices, understand workplace expectations, and meet BoxBrownie.com quality standards

To be successful in this role, you’ll require: 

• Great people skills and natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  
• Comfortable providing feedback, including having those ‘uncomfortable’ conversations.  
• Professional organizational skills, knowledgeable in goal-setting practices including KPIs. 

• In-depth knowledge of BoxBrownie.com services, clients, workflow, and company policies. 
• Flexible to changing policies and development within the role to adjust to our growing business needs.  
• Ability to work quickly with high task turnaround whilst maintaining high-quality work. 
• Supervisor/Trainer/Management experience is beneficial.
  

Role Responsibilities: 

• Have a thorough and detailed understanding of BoxBrownie.com products andservices
• Drive the team’s qualityto the higheststandard of editing that reflects BB Branding.
• Take ownership ofinternal team issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Guideand monitorindividualperformance development through onboarding training,providingeffective feedback and one on one coaching asrequired.
• Oversee,enhance, and contribute tothe productionworkflow, productivity, andgrowth.
• Effectively communicate updates and implement necessary changes with theteam.
• Monitor, drive and contribute to a positive teamculture.
• Keep accuraterecords.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according topriorities.
• Utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitativetargets.
• Assist to ensure quality standards and SLAs aremet.
• Communicate effectively with BoxBrownie.com Management.
